The Studio
in detail
When we bought Guernegroach this was the only habitable part of the property. It is now a comfortable stylish large living space with a bathroom on the ground floor ideal for 2 people. Two large french windows look onto the courtyard of the property with outdoor seating just in front - there's also a section of garden allotted to the studio for garden pursuits - sunbathing, games or dining.
The living area
A 3 seater sofa bed infront of an enamel woodburner and 2 armchairs should allow for comfortable entertaining.
The tv has English and French channels a dvd player and hdmi sockets for anything else you might want to hook up to.
A desk with access to electic sockets and desk lamp should take care of any writing needs you may have, even if its just writing postcards.
Somewhere to Eat
A well equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment should cater to your needs. The buffet is full of crockery for you to use.

And so to Sleep
You'll have a fabulous night's sleep on this bed - King size (160cm x 200cm) with a Tempur mattress. A wardrobe and chest of drawers for your bits and pieces. And the bathroom, well, its a bathroom but very pretty.
